Banjo Tooie Walkthrough - Old King Coal Boss Battle

A video guide for Old King Coal - the grubby boiler monarch whom resides in Chuffy's Boiler in Glitter Gulch Mine.

Old King Coal is without a doubt the easiest boss in the game. Just jump up onto one of the steel caps and fire away with eggs - if you picked up the grenade eggs from Pine Grove, you can defeat him even faster.

If you want a challenge, try beating King Coal without eggs - either with the rat-a-tat rap (which you'll notice I cheekily try out at the start of the battle) or with the Wonderwing.

@WinVistaUser2 He's hard if you try to defeat him with normal eggs. Since this is a walk-through, of course he's easy. Perhaps one could learn the fire eggs move, open the gate to the next area, learn the grenade eggs move, and come back to fight him though. Whatever is best for the player I guess.
