Have to say this for those who don't know the history of this band. The guitarist's name is Traci Guns. Thus the name, L.A. Guns. He was also one of the first to team up with Axl Rose, where the name Gun's in Roses came from. Slash teamed up with Axl after being rejected from an audition for another band...Poison.

Tons of hair bands back in the late 80's/early 90's had ballads, and this one beat everyone of them.

As a teenager in high school back in 89'.Life wasn't easy if you wanted something you worked for it.We used card catalogs from the Library.We used landlines and answered without knowing who was on the other line.We cranked called for fun.And party's you found out by flyers and word of mouth.As Elementary kids we played "Heads up seven up"then we were given new wave music which was ok but from 86' through 93' music like this ruled this Country!!! Geez I'm getting old......But I feel good!!!!

You are partially correct, Tracy guns was not the real name, Guns was a stage name similar to Steven Tyler where Tyler isnt his real name where Tallarico is. And yes Slash did explore the possibility of joining Poison, but refused to play in the end with the band. Slash was not 'rejected' in any way, but CC Deville was the only other qualifier...and so thats that.
