I've seen her around a few times here and there, mostly on the way to pay a bill or something with my dad. I did hear something about her living like she does by choice. I had no clue she could sing! :o Wow, I think she's actually pretty good.

I am glad that Cumberland sees her as a person and that can sing, and now maybe people can change there feelings about her, she is a nice person to take to, and has a kind heart.

@MsNeonchic Yes she chooses to be this way. The police arrest others for sleeping on the sidewalks. I've seen it happen, right there in her little nest next to Times-News. There was a man all covered up, like Cathy, and the police took him away in the cruiser, not her. That is what I don't understand. But she does have a nice voice. No doubt about that..

This brought tears. I have never seen Cathy look so good and this is the first time to see her smile. She is in her element, and I hope she has opportunity to display her talent again and again.
