I was wondering if for those four months did you use HCG, or did you just drink the water, eat smaller meals, and cut out alcohol (i don't drink so i don't need to)? also did you exercise at any time that you did this. I really wanna know cause i need to lose weight also. Thanks for the video && inspiration btw!

I'm 18. I am 5'4 and 120 lbs give and take. I am Asian so 120 lbs is fairly "chubby". I want to be 110 lbs or maybe even 100 lbs. I don't drink soda, I only drink water and juices and sweet tea. I eat once or twice a day. I know that's bad for you, but I never ever get hungry every few hours. And I feel like eating many small portions is ineffective. I've tried running but that doesn't work. I've even tried detoxing. Is there really no way for my body to lose 10-15 more lbs?

This is some great progress and you're right about alcohol. Actually, you shouldn't be drinking anything but water if you're trying to lose weight. Everything else is just empty calories.
For any of you trying to lose weight, I'd recommend that you read "fat loss darkside (FatLossDarkside. com)
I'm a certified trainer and even I learned things from it.
To clarify, I don't benefit at all if you decide to use it. Just helping out, which is why I became a trainer in the first place.

I've been dieting and exercising for over 8 months now and I've only lost about 15 pounds! I'm 17, 5'1, and I weigh 148 right now I think? I drink nothing but water. No bread, no pasta, no potatoes. I eat six small meals a day to help speed up my metabolism and I work out 4 days a week for an hour and a half, going on runs and doing ab exercises. For my height I should be about 120 and it's been almost a year to lose just 15 pounds. I'm so frustrated, UGH.

@Sw33tN0thing try not eating after 8 if you can sub dairy for almond milk or soy and limit it that might help. but if you work out 4 days a week your body can most definitely be a lot of muscle and muscle weights more than fat :)

@ladylostmyers they got a lot smaller. but I've always had boobs I had to start wearing a bra in the 3rd grate so I developed boobs before weight gain... so what you've always had will always be there I think personally
