@LazyGunGuy well it'd either be a NFA tax stamp or if its post 1986 you'd need to be a class 3 dealer there is no class 3 licence

@LazyGunGuy WRONG! only SOT Class III dealers and law enforcement/military can have what he has BECAUSE its a post 86 firearm. SOT dealers can only manufacture that if they have a LOI from a law enforcement/military agency. NOT CIVILIAN LEGAL!
