dear ginny, I want you to know we use your video at our hospital to show new employees what can happen if they fail to perform good Infection Prevention practices, like hand hygiene. Thank you for turning your unfortunate experience into a valuable lesson.

that is just horrific and should not be taking place in this world...my grandmother had something like this happen but thankfully wasnt as serious...they actually left pads of gauze in her chest when doing a major surgery on one of her lungs...
