Hell with childSupport, my so-call daughter is 19 years old and a mother of a 2 years old.I still have to pay for this piece of shit (her Mother). while she's married and on welfare and on section 8 also collect tax refund. I've been paying childSupport and while I was with this piece of shit (her Mother) since my so-call daughter was 1 1/2 years old. You totally have a point. I agree with you, its not fair that some women who sit on their ass all day doing nothing but wait on that check in the mail, when really that money is for the CHILD, not them.

But I feel bad you gotta go through that man. Sorry.

Ive had my child for three years after the state put me on child support. Me and my childs mother went to court and she testifeid that the child stays with me 99 percent of the time.But the jugde told me she didnt care if i couldnt pay rent ," you better pay that child support"

in my case, I have a four year old girl i missed the first year of her life. Her mother gets put on food stamps, the state puts me on child support. The mother drops my baby off to stay with me. My baby has been with me for three years. I go to court becuz im behind on C.s. And i tell the jugde the whats going on , and so does the child of mother. in i still go to jail for 6 months what should i do?

I think you're a worthless person if you don't take care of your children without child support telling you you have to.

Anyway, the USA just adapted the English poor laws from 1601 and have been revamping then since the 13 colonies, and wew intended for the parish (community) to recover their costs of keeping people out of destitution from the relatives of those people. This enabled communities to later collect from the fathers, feeling it was their responsibility to do for their offspring.

So custodial parents that are men have no rights? What do you mean that women have more rights? I find that the courts are harder non-custodial parents regardless of gender.

1. Why did you have unprotected sex with this woman in the first place if she was of such character as you describe?

2. Have you considered that the cost of day and that for many women who cannot earn a professional salary, the better option for the children is just for them to stay home and be a full time mother?

Well dont know bout your baby daddy but once again yo are assuming things that arent true first of all when both my kids were born i was the one got up and fixed bottles and changed diapers and went to doctors appoint and second out of the year of 08 i have court papers that prove my kids were with me over 200 days which is more than half the year sweetie so please only speak on what u know for fact and ok women carry babies for 9 months do that give them the right to control the laws hell naw
