Witham International Puppet Festival

Every year, Witham (Essex, UK) holds an International Puppet Festival with acts from around the World.

This year's acts included:

No, was shot with a single 8meg still camera

Each puppeteer did their act 2 or 3 times during the 6 hours of the festival, so I could watch a bit of the act to get a "feel" for is, record some events ... and then quickly move to another event.

Each events was filmed for 30 sec - 3 mins at a time with no idea how they would all clip together. Wasn't till I viewed the rushes that the idea of using the music of the band as a background for the other shots occured.
