In 1955 the BBC asked Orson Welles to complete a quaint series of documentaries which were labeled "Around the World with Orson Welles. This is an extract from one of the programmes on France, and although being mainly focused on the northern side of the Pyrenees it makes for a fascinating watch for any Euskalover. Sare, Ascain, Ciboure, Dancharia, SJDL, it's all there. Some may even recognise some much younger familiar faces at school's out in Ciboure, or the estudiantina on its way to Socoa. Enjoy.

  • @AyaxTelemonio No man, i said we called "pelota basca" in portuguese but jai-alai in basque.

  • @juicypencil jai lai is the name of the sport in basque, it´snt portuguese

  • I remember in Macau, it called in english "Jai-alai", in portuguese is "Pelota Basca".

Our macanese people called those players "Bascos", only sometimes called them spanish, just because chinese people don't like to call people community names rather than only nationality name.

In case in China has dozen of different type of ethnic, then they hate ethnic separatist like now happening in Spain.
