Yesterday on 30 towards Arifjan right at KPC....3 vehicle Wreck...1. SUV middle of road-from driver side to back seat left SMASHED everything FLAT to tire level(firefighters just put out fire) 2. Dodge RAM-minor rear wheel turned 90 degree 3. Bus ahead right shoulder on its side. Witness-early morning(little traffic) SUV flying on emergency lane zig zagged hit bus destroyed. Main way these accidents happen is car moving very fast and driver tries to turn the car suddenly boom!!

@warreg1 If you hit something hard you would be dead, just like in any other car. Hitting something at 70mph means your body has to withstand about 100G force! Only of the car's still rolling sliding etc you can survive.

@akabane1984 No, the truth is that volvo are roughly as safe as other cars. They might have more protection systems inside (more airbags etc) but if you're going over 40 miles/h the car's gonna wreck anyway...

i rifted round a corner whilst going 70mph and my volvo v40 rolled like 3 times with me in it and took out everything in its path! Never would a volvo en up like this!
