Take a ride around my layout behind a MTH SW-1500 and BL-2

This is a trip around my work in progress layout behind a MTH SW-1500 and BL-2. I have been fooling around with DCS trying to figure out how to make a lash up. I have also been fooling around with Nero Vision trying to learn how to edit my videos. What you see is the result. I present to you my two favorite engines in their first lash up as well as my first attempt at editing video. As always comments (one way or another) are appreciated.

Comming along really nice, love the lift bridge !!! A tip on the DCS that helped my layout is to add a light bulb across the the TIU output to the track, MTH recommends it to help filter the signal, and it does help.

I use lighted lockons for the same effect. They seem to work. My signal strength is in the 9 to 10 reagion.

Unfortunately the bridge isn't wired yet so it will be a while.

DCS is great when it works but I must confess that it has been very temperamental for me. I have a real hard time finding my engines. I often have to delete them and then re add them. I suspect that I don't have enough drops. Hopefully I will fix that problem when I stop procrastinating and lay in the real wiring.

Nice! I believe trainguy7724 has that same bridge, but he got it used for $100! You should check out his videos. I have made a lot of friends on youtube by helping him with his videos.
