we should have a massive free for all and the last man and woman should start over

I think you've misunderstood the purpose of hate crime laws. People freedom has not been infringed upon, rather those who commit hateful crime based on that criteria are going to be punished harder.
I live in california, and have previously lived in texas, both of which have hate crime laws, yet have never seen/heard of/read about someone being arrested/punished for preaching their religion.

@verycool350 Christian's don't own guns to kill people, they own guns to protect themselves when others try to kill them.

@SafeArmsReview Hay thank for setting the example, for being a brother who is willing to shoulder more than his fair share, who keeps his eyes open.. I'd rather be held accountable from someone who has the courage to challenge my flaws and imperfections as a brother/mentor and build healthy friendships with no expectation of personal gain other that to enlighten or inspire positive growth. Thanks.

@SafeArmsReview also real 'christans' don't own guns 2 kill other ppl no matter how evil or whatevr. ur just being a hippacrite wich is a sin

great video--I happen to totally agree with you.

Steve, nobody thinks this deeply about laws and legislation, let alone their spirituality. You and I both agree. Preach the gospel of Jesus and if necessary...use words.

Interesting digression from guns, but I liked it. While I personally don't agree with "Thank God for Dead Soldiers" and "God Hates Gays" sign holders, I do think that there is a place for witnessing. The way I see it, there are many types of Christians for a reason. Some just live in Christ and set a good example. Some keep the current believers strong in their faith. Some go out and do good deeds for God's glory. And yes, some go and witness. It's not my way, but it is necessary.

@scubaguy007 Invite Christ into your life today. It doesn't mean you won't sin anymore, just to be realistic, it means he will change you in His time to be the man (or woman) God wants you to be.
Just lost a viewer due to your religious nut rant! Should of stuck to the guns, tactical shit!

I dont care about views or subs just info that can help. If you dont like religious stuff you & I are the in the same boat.
I follow Jesus Christ and He says to do good, pray for ppl, help ppl in need, feed the hungry, cloth the poor, etc. Most 'christians' dont obey what Jesus said so are they really a christian?
Hmmm...
If you choose to do something else, thats up to you but have you seriously looked at the bible and Jesus' claims? If there is something after death its worth checking.

So... you say at 0:44 that the problem with the hate crime bill is that it creates two sets of people. You then read the bill, and at no point do you ever mention the two sets of people who it creates. Who are these two sets of people that it is creating? How is it different from the 1969 Federal Hate Crimes Law?
As for your comments about existing state laws, this applies to sentencing in Federal court, not to states. Almost all states have their own hate crime legislation.

Life of ALL citizens should be treated the same - all should have the same punishment.
If we increased the punishment of all murders, perhaps that would decrease murder, i.e. a deterrent. Matter of fact its proven that it works.
Unfortunately this bill does create classes where one person's life is worth more than the other & that is wrong & its against the constitution, bill of rights & declaration.
Of course is you dont believe we should all be treated equally then thats up to you
;).
