Mum says I'm a size 16-18, my nan says I'm size 18-22 and I can fit into size 14-12 stuff and most of the clothes are quite baggy on me. Lol. Never tried 12 though.
Anyway, in that vid it's only a bit of belly, as long as you an walk and run without being out of breath after 10 minutes you're ok.
Anything under 19 stone and as long as your not wide. Too many skinny people beibng advertised.
