I'm using mine right now...lol...It's a pretty good laptop with some of the best speakers on any laptop....sound quality is incrediable and picture it pretty good as well.....my biggest downfall is the battery lasting 45 minutes or less....not very portable unless you have another battery to last idk an hour...lol

Yeah my screen hinge, charger port, charger, and screen broke at the same time.

This laptop is a POS, mine has broken 4 TIMES and toshiba refuses to do anything.

i have a P105 and am using it
i like the 17 inch wide screen
the only thing is that it needs a better cooling
but its a very good laptop. i got it in 2006.

Ive had this laptop for about 3 years now and its been skipping on me on intervals of 1 second sometimes. I try and play a movie and if the person it saying "Say hello to my little friend" itll be "Say hel" 1 "lo to my" 1 "little fri" 1 "end" sort of like that but then sometimes it can play a game and a video at the same time without problems... what might it be?

toshiba is a very good brand and well known. I trust their products. you will always get a bad computer. I saw a sony vaio catch fire on the walmart shelf you cannot guage a product by one person. if you have used the product for a long time you know their quality. ive owned 3 toshiba laptops and all have been great. the hard drive failed on one and that was it.
