This is "Hoppy", a Frogger clone running on a real Dick Smith VZ300. No sound, but you can imagine the bleeps.
This game suffers from the interrupt snow and the keyboard controls are somewhat unresponsive but it's still quite a playable port of the popular game.

See www.users.on.net/~clockmeister for images of the VZ300.

  • There was also a VZ200 and a VZ220 and I'm quite sure a VZ440 and VZ512

All with the original DICK SMITH CASSETTE DRIVE

  • @Gerardus1970 Well, I'm not a "VZ" fan, but that's only because I've never used one. It does look like a very nice early 1980s computer. That game looks quite fun.

  • I owned a Laser 310 when I was 16 years old. Where can I get games for it today? In 1984 there was a magazin called "Homecomputer" by "Tronic Verlag" with BASIC listings.

  • VZ fan right here!!!
