This is for the Level 3 Paddington class with Tom Frazier & Richa Rogan. Every month we will be focusing on making your dancing more dynamic. To continue on from last month we are going to remove the boundaries most people have about how & where to lead. While the last class focused on the leading and following from the upper body this class is focusing on the lower body. The routine at the end of this clip was designed to use a number of key techniques in one easy to practice move.
