  • @DemickeB The compressed air is just the working fluid she used to show how it worked. a real one uses steam or flowing water to make power because it works the same way a normal turbine generator works. The advantage of this design is that to get the same power the generator can be smaller and it's simpler to build making it cheaper.

  • tesla turbine generator follow the same rule as magnetic generator.

You can trust the government and the big corporation

to block this option of Free Energy

Like they already doing with Magnetic Generators

Just go to Google, search for

    Best Magnetic Generator

    and Click the First Result

  • @fredderfnation another "fluid" like "steam", i find it pretty funny you're correcting her

  • @subhankar3716 we are watching you

  • ...as we all know: Free Air compressors are abundant in the third world.

  • Thank you for a very clear explanation. I've seen reference to these many times, but didn't understand the boundary layer principle was at work till now. What surface creates the best boundary layer effect? Is there a spacing between the plates to allow the fluid in between? Is that how a large area of the disks is grabbed on to by the fluid? Is there a rule as far as best disk spacing? Thanks again!

  • @airste172 perhapse we could use some of your "compressed hot air" you seem to have a little extra....but on a serious note, as several of the people have already explained the compressed air was only used as a substitute fluid for the sake of demonstration.

  • I could see how this would be extremely useful in third world countries where they have an abundant supply of naturally-occuring compressed air. Perhaps a more efficient way of producing ice could be devised to help out the Eskimos as well.

  • For completion, needed a comparision of effeciency of Tesla turbine to bladed turbine, ideally, model to model.

  • @DemickeB you would not run a "real Tesla turbine" with air..you would use another fluid the most commonly used are steam as in a gas turbine or water as in a hydro elec plant. I think what she was trying to demonstrate is the very low amount of technical proficiency need to make a functioning Tesla turbine. also you can tell from how quit it is that she did a pretty good job.

  • Why is it that we've known about this since the early 20th century but we're still using 19th century technology to power our world? Oh, yeah.........greed.
