In a pot put meat bones celery onions garlic apple cider vinegar water and even a whole Apple if you like.
Simmer for 12 hours and then strain out the stuff - I forgot to say in the video but I think you cool it down and then skim off the fat. Store it in mason jars in the fridge for a week or freeze it.
Use it and soups and cooking or just drink one cup daily to get natural minerals.
