The lake does have some rock and areas are silted in as well in upper stretches of the feeder creeks. most bites were 3-5 feet.

If you are strictly Flipping I like the 7'6" Hvy. Daiwa Zillion rod. If you are doing more Pitching, roll casting and skipping the 7' Hvy action Zillion by Daiwa is about as good as it gets.

love the pro mega 3/8 and 5/8 oz i put a reaction innovation smallie beaver on it for a trailor any suggestions for any other trailors if im using it to pitch docks and other cover?

@VermontFishing101 I personally like a big chunk or craw on these 2 baits. The smallie beaver is excellent on the Baby J Super finesse Jig. Once the water gets in the low 40's I will use it without a skirt on the jig head and it murders cold water Bass.

Jigs are nice, those water conditions in this vid you should pitch some spinner baits out there, you will see alot of fish.

@tubefish123 hopefully you'll feel it. But you should also watch your line because it might twitch...Jig bites can be hard to detect.
