  • Oh sure, saying that you should eat food with less fat, thats like telling a smoker to stop smoking. Its just not that easy.

  • @zukodude487987 ?? I believe I do not say this in my video. Interesting. I believe I indicate it's a "lifestyle approach".

  • @maxewiii Well you do mention that you need to diet and thats exactly what i mean.

Dieting takes alot of change and motivation.

I once was pretty lean with a healthy lifestyle, but it was ALOT of work.

I hardly had free time, and when i did, i used it for sleeping.

The only thing that i hated about this lifestyle was that it didnt change anything.

I felt like nothing in my life was diffirent, exept that i had less free time.

  • @zukodude487987 c'mon of course what you eat has to play a role in getting leaner! As far as time constraints go, I don't have much empathy there either: I'm a full-time airline pilot, father, husband, fitness professional and own a home and all the chores that entails. There's ALWAYS time to train!

  • @maxewiii well at the moment im trying regain my leaner-self, but its really hard since its still very exhausting.

For example today i walked a total of 10 kilometers+ i went to the gym.

Now i feel like a wreck, although ive been mostly consuming water and ive been trying to stay away from food with high value in fat.

  • @zukodude487987 nobody said it is going to be easy, and it is a constant battle for a while until it becomes "a method of life". The secret is finding ways to make exercise FUN...sounds like for you maybe hiking in the beauty of nature?

  • Thank you! Very informative. :o)

  • @maxewiii

Great video bro! Can you please tell me how should I reduce the "dangerous internal body fat" ?

Is it more to do with diet or are there specialised training methods? thanks :)

  • @maxewiii The only time i managed to make it fun was when i went to the gym with my friend, but he wanted to take a few months off and it stayed that way.

So i go to the gym by myself and there is not much that has motivated me.

Im a great artist, but i can't combine art and gym. The only connection is that some big art projects take alot of energy, but i don't have that many big projects.

  • ...of our muscles known as subcutaneous body fat. Applying a combo of both strength AND cardio training has been and always will be the most effective way to become leaner, not to mention diet!
