@Snivery the original Gameboy could be considered a piece of crap.
The Virtual Boy could have been great. What killed it was not that it was all red, but that it was incredibly hard to look into the goggles (no strap) and only one game ever released actually tried to simulate virtual reality.
It had potential. If you make your own straps and play only that one first person fighting game, you wouldn't think it's that crappy.
