@fattyJNL nothing it's meant to to stutter randomly in the same way an LP or vinyl record would due to the scratches. The fuzz being the actual crackle of the vinyl and the stutters being the brief moment when the record actually skips due to bigger scratches. Sorry if that wasn't concise enough and really, that's my own interpretation, I'm not aware of it being word of god (Devi).
