Greta Van Susteren travelled to Alaska to interview Sarah Palin and her family. Greta asked her about the stimulus bill just passed by Congress.

Palin said that President Obama should veto the stimulus bill. He should send it back to the lawmakers so they have time to actually read it and understand its impact. Palin supported plans for new infrastructure spending, but opposes expansion of social programs.

Palin also went out of her way to express her opposition to the Fairness Doctrine. She said it is dangerous to attempt to silence those that are asking questions about our government.

  • Sarah Palin is a winner. I wonder if alias Obama will take her up on her offer. If I were him, I wouldn't...she makes too much sense and speaks so plainly, that he would be laid bare next to her...("uh,uh,...Alaska is a state that is north of America. Their great resources are just a small part of what makes them special...Blah,blah,blah..") He'd be upstaged just like Joe Biden was. "Can I call you Joe?" Gotta love the Sara-Cuda: More woman than Michelle, more man than Barrack.

  • When the teleprompter broke at the RNC, Sarah Palin still gave the speech of her life in front of 40 million people. No breakdowns.

When the teleprompter stops for Obama everything grinds to a halt, he stops his speech and starts talking to the teleprompter.

  • is that the same as within days of taking office, Change became the same old rhetoric and actions we have seen from Washington for many a decade?

You want to bash Bush on his economics in the last 4 years? I am right there with you. However, his poor judgement does not make Obama's any better.

  • Great job of reciting liberal talking points, but far from the truth.

Here is the exact question that was asked: "Before this past election, which political party controlled both houses of congress?" Only 43% of Obama voters got it right.

There is nothing biased or misleading about the question. They are just uninformed.

  • great! ask the dumb bitch for advice. what a fucking joke

  • Are you people serious? You honestly think this woman is somewhat intelligent? People, Sarah Palin is the STUPIDEST Person to have ever run for the office of the Vice President of the United States! Has little soccer mom Sarah over there figured out yet what is it that the VP Does everyday? Dan Quayle/Sarah Palin, Yeah Republicans sure know how to pick them eh? LMFAO!

  • well i think its because you are an ignorant left winger that gets their facts from people like whoopi goldburg and other members from the farm that is the view. If you would actually stop to think for yourself just once in your life you might seem that sarah palin wants what is best for this country unlike your boy obama or nancy pelosi

  • haha...ok so palin is an idiot?...well how you put it is an "absolute idiot" now why are you of all people saying such things? is it because she doesn't have the same views that you do? or just the fact that you are a sheep and believe whatever the media and hollywood tells you to believe?

  • Palin 2012!

  • Reagan was an asshole. Now he's a dead asshole.

  • She's an absolute idiot...

  • "In this place the thumbs down/up system is simple: any comment in favour of Palin is up, in criticism of her gets thumbs down. Absolutely not related to the intelligence of anything. Total partisanship."

I Agree. The Thumbs up/down thing is stupid.

Palin however is the genuine article. She's Reagan in '76. We know who he is, but we don't "Know Who He Is". GW Bush lost his 1st run for congress because he sounded too "Yale". Think about that...The "Cowboy" sounded too "Yale-y"

  • She participated in one debate...and won. She won when she walked up and asked:"Can I call you Joe?". You remember things like that. I'm old enough to remember Carter-Reagan. She's a governor and a good one. Alaskans are pragmatic and tough and her approval #s there are tremendous. She crosses the aisle in Alaska, works through both parties and runs that state..well. I look @ Obama and wonder how he ever got elected. Once the media falls Out of love with him, they'll fall IN love with her.

  • @HAZIDEAD: I disagree with your original statement:"God save us from this beauty[...]she couldn't answer the most basic infant-level question..." I didn't know her from "Adam" when I saw her 1st speak. My first impression was that she's everything that politicians strive for. Forget the beauty, she's a female Ronald Reagan. She didn't and doesn't seem coached, and her bonafides reside in her governance of Alaska. She's been victimized by the media. SNL did "The Job" on her. She's all class.
