Tom is shown wrapping up a preliminary Taber test of our Cork fabric from Portugal. The Taber testing machine is used to test how well a fabric will hold up to abrasion. The sample of cork fabric shown here has withstood 4,000 cycles of abrasion - the equivalent to some pretty serious dragging around. It's just one of the ways we test our fabrics to ensure that they meet our requirements.
