how can you wear red eyeshadow? wouldn't it make your eyes look bloodshot or something?

I'm in UT and have been searching for months and can't find them! Why would a company go to all the trouble to market a new collection and not make them available?!?! It is so frustrating! I'm mean come on, they are 3$ eyeshadows!!! It's the same with the holiday collections. I've been to Walgreens, Rite Aid, every grocery store and nothing. Does anybody know if you can order them online? Help!
