got a staffy bitch at 2yrs old from a rescue centre and she huge for a staffy but starting to get a little bit of a gut....any suggestions on how to get her muscular and good excercise for her???

Congratulations on getting a Staffy, you will have endless days of fun.
My Staffys dont eat dog food, we feed them on Steak, fish, pork chops (boiled) mince, rice and pasta. This is just what we found to be the best for our boys, and they are out everyday rain or shine, so you can slowly break her in to exersise, cos if she has been in a rescue home she wont have had as much exersise as she should. I would advise you to go to the vets and get her fully checked out, before changing her rutine.
