Peter Bengtson plays the fourth movement, the Adagio, of Louis Vierne's Third Symphony, written in 1911 and widely regarded as the masterpiece among his six symphonies. The organ is the Cavaillé-Coll organ at Notre Dame de Metz, France. This is a virtual recording using Hauptwerk.
This High Definition recording has HiFi sound. Listening using headphones or a dedicated sound system is highly recommended.
This is a live recording.
The next movement, the Final, can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4EK97MOOCBA

I also much appreciated the smooth and expert pedal work and noticed the seamless heel-toe substitutions. Inspirational.
