@dragonfan1990 Freddy's power thrived on fear, the dream demons only gave him the ability to invade people's dreams so they would still be with him in hell...If you remember in FvJ they said they've had four years of peace, as in since he was killed in the Freddy's Dead he can't come back because those who killed him no longer feared him and those who did fear him are all dead so by resurrecting Jason he was able to make people fear him again hence him and the dream demons are able to come back.

@UltimatePredator100 because this time he was blown to pieces and the "dream people" aka the evil demons that gave him his power also flew away since they no longer had a body to occupy and this was the absolute final one that was to be made taking place after F vs J even though this one came before F vs J and the wes craven new nightmare was just a spin off from the series also the traditional song was not played nor did freddy laugh at the end of this one to signify that he was coming back
