I liked that show in the 90's. For obscure reasons my mind decided to remember that the Alexander Addington character was on "Manimal", doing a near 10 years twist because Simon McCorkindale was on both shows.... But recently, when it appeared that Plummer was said to play with Daniel Craig, I did a little google search and set my memories back to reality !
I agree with some posters here. It was quite a mysterious show... part of its charm.

But it was produced in Canada; ergo, that's why it was on Showcase.
