to many kicks and flips they were nice but its a kama form you need to use them a little more

@GothKarateKid The point of katas like this is show, not practicality. Especially when you do weapons-based forms. When the hell are you just gonna be walking through the streets with a pair of kamas, a sword, a sai, or whatever. The only weapon I find practical nowadays is a bo.

um dude that not what the kata really was that was totally Americanized i saw so many spots to just get knocked out my friends my recommendation is got to a dojo with now mirrors on the wall

@donone21 well i got mine custom for $105.00 at Mr.Holans school. It's a small school sorry but the kamas are called G-Force Aliens but i recomend getting the one witha switchblade im thinking of getting some like that.
