Description: INVITE YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY! This Jam is for everybody to participate. EVERYBODY. Ages 2-99. Mom's, dad's, friends, family, and strangers are expected to attend. Looking forward to see you there for our introduction of parkour. Please wear workout clothing and bring water. Feel free to come and just take pictures, but it'll be a lot more fun if you join in! Experienced athletes will be expected to arrive early in JumpUtah apparel (contact Ryan for pricing on shirts) and participate in the seminar either via instruction, demonstration, or crowd control.

Being a beginner's parkour jam, this will give others an awesome opportunity to meet the local traceurs in the Utah parkour community and to learn this amazing lifestyle. Don't know where abouts you live, but if you're interested/able to go, you should check it out! :D

That was a great jam, and after the warm up one of the teachers said" you think the warm up was hard wait till we actual do the sessions" well it was something like that and i think the sessions were easier then the warm up but that's just me.
