Yes, you need to wait until the pain goes away and start exercising then. Very important to work on your T-zone. I have a blog, called Pilates Workout at home (it seems I can't post any links here). Search for it and when you are there, search for T-zone in Pilates.
And I promise I will add more videos (well.. now I have to keep a promise. I always do what I say I would) :) Hope you are feeling better by now. Best Wishes, Olya

Sorry for replying so late, MrMintaka. I am sorry to hear you have injured your back. It is always important to remember how to correct lift things and you should always move your feet into direction you want to turn and not twist your body. It must have been so bad if you were in such pain for 3 days.

I'm still sore and very stiff, the doctor said it was a torn ligament and once the pain subsides to begin a routine that will bring back the flexibility and also strengthen my lower back and core. I hope to start using some of your exercises during my rehabilitation phase and hope you will add more videos for people with back pain, poor flexibility and weak core. Th
