  • Ill use protein or products like NO XPLODE to help intensify my workout... but never supplement until you already have instilled proper eating habits! :)

  • I dont feel a lot of burn when i do the oblique twists so i must be doing something wrong

  • He DID say if u don't have dumbbells use something in your home that weighs heavy enough.
