Make sure you keep your hands on his/her withers and keep a tight leg, and don't pull back so much it will make him/her tough in the mouth so when you pull back the reins to stop he won't.

id buy it then turn it out for a few months and start all over after having her neck back and teeth checked after this horrendous riding

so I called a cowboy friend and asked him to come ride her so we could see if he was able to ride her or what the problem was. After he was bucked off a couple of times, I decided to go get the video camera!

so... the real story on this video... I didn't have time to get her started under saddle myself (too many projects!) so I sent her out to another trainer that's supposedly really good and always keeps about 12 outside horses that he is starting. I picked her up and the trainer said she was kid broke. A friend came and tried to ride her and was bucked off a few times (and as soon as the pony mover her feet), and she is a very good rider who trains and shows hunters and jumpers.
