  • That Buddha guy was one smart cookie.

  • Respond to this video... The Buddha ate meat. Spiritual enlightenment is not through your stomach but your mind. Devatta, his cousin, who caused a schism within the Sangha , on the other hand, was a vegetarian.

  • the buddha will eat anything that has been provided to him (as long as it's food)

"we have to be simple", that's what he said.

The reason he got sick was that the food that has been provided to him was getting rotted, but he just accept what ever people given to him.

    I don't recall he's being vegetarian (I'm a Buddhist and ex-Thai monk)

    sorry for my english...

  • bodhipaksa(dot)com/vegetarianism/did-the-buddha-eat-meat

  • The Buddha was full of Love and Compassion, could not be a meat- eater. It doesn't add up.

  • The Buddha wasnt a meat eater for goodness sake

  • 0:44 Kab oi Milanwa Hamar...........LMAO........

  • See, all things must change.

    Lo, impermanent beings!

    Cling not, suffer not!

  • @algdgadu00 Umm, you're welcome, not sure why you're thanking me though. As far as forgiveness goes, ignorance doesn't need to be forgiven, we are all ignorant of many things, goodness knows I sure am! The only "sin" (if you believe in such a concept) is to accept one's own ignorance, rather than trying to learn, as you seem to be.
