  • I have a question... I have a class 6 , 8 gig card and it films great but when I watch the vid on my comp, it lags and does not flow smoothly. Could it be the computer doesnt have the requirements for HD video?

  • @jerrymolin yes definitely sounds like the computer doesn't have the requirements to play HD video files , if you can tell me your system specifications I might be able to tell you what to upgrade or is it possible to upgrade your computer to play HD files.

  • @AviRyeson my video looks good when i play on windows player but when i play it on sony vegas is all lagy extremely lagy like one image per second. My computer is a compaq presaio CQ5814 PC with an AMD Dual-core processor E-350. It was a cheap 300 desktop but i dint think i was gonna get this camera, t3i,. and i really want to edit my stuff. Do you happened to know what can i do to upgrade it? cause if i go to best buy they will probably just give me crap

  • @Chanocksanchez If you'd like to make your editing much easier it's very important to have a good video card , processor and ram (minimum 4 gigs) and 64 bit OS in your case your PC is too weak to handle (HD footage) editing, try to record in SD it might help.

  • @jerrymolin does the video play smoothly on the camera?? the problem with video dslrs is that they have a lot of video artefacting during fast movement and panning actions.

  • Great. Would have come out that much better with ISO around 200-400 f./5.6, Shutter 1/50th

  • to bright. but futher good

  • How the Hell is this "film look" are you even serious? Bleached with a green cast?

It looks more like a 80's, 5th generation copy, porn-video that was left out in an open crate in someone's garage for two years....

Oh, here comes the waste-disposal repair man just as the man of the house is leaving for work....I'm sure the wife will take care of everything.

  • you must have some really bad quality film. LOL

  • @jerrymolin Same thing happened to me. Render your clips and they'll play smooth after

  • @jerrymolin the canon cameras video format is .mov and the codec is h.264 which is a maximum quality codec for final rendering and stuff. for smooth playback you need to compress the footage to a different format and codec

  • @AviRyeson But aahh the reason I bought this camera was cause of the 24fps video =/ I wonder how much it would cost me to upgrade ..... XO crap gjdfksljfjkdlsjfkl adjsfjdklas
