This trailer doesn't capture the mood of the movie at all.
AWESOME movie. Average trailer that makes it look like an obvious comedy almost, but the movie is so much more than that.

Really good movie. Bad trailer. And why did they not use pieces from the film's beautiful and evocative soundtrack, which goes so much better with the meaning and content of the film?

Trailers always give away too much about a movie. I really liked the movie, but if I saw the trailer first Im not sure I would have.

@Blakestock I think the trailer does do it justice. The way i see it, the trailer is depicting the idea that drugs, while the seem to be making you happy (the background music) the reality is you're falling deeper and deeper into a hole you might not come out from (the visual clips in the trailer)

@MegaAnitoon This movie came long before Limitless. I think the folks who made that movie watched this film and tried to mimic it.

This movie is fucking great. I highly recommend this. The retarded movie that came out recently in the theaters that has the actor take one pill and he's suddenly good with stocks and shit - tries to somewhat mimic this film but this movie is an original.

The trailer doesn't do much justice for the film. The film is a triumph of modern cinema and it deserves so much more attention than it received. I loved this movie. Michael Rapaport did a remarkable job in developing Les.
A quick question (possible spoilers): What was wrong with the girl that he liked? Did she just have a speech impediment?

I honestly couldn't tell you. When I posted this because I couldn't find it on youtube, and I thought it looked very, very interesting. I haven't had the chance to see it yet actually. Don't do netflix anymore, and blockbuster doesn't seem to have it. Hopefully I'll find it eventually.
