absolutely stunning lippy color on you. also, I really agree with you about how the company dealt with this problem. It was defensive on their part and anti-customer satisfaction. The little beads should not be there after emulsifiying in the hands. Though sometimes, Cetyl alcohol will leave the gritty feeling.

@schwarzkopf79 Thanks. I have to remember to find out the name of this MAC lipgloss, it was a limited edition. This is a company that I also like, well their conditioner is great. I don't like the pomade and now this butter is a let down. What disappointed me the most was the customer service, I didn't like that at all. I still have more stuff to review from them. I may purchase again but not for a while, maybe in a year or so and see how they are.

i'm sorry if this question is redundant, but why do you cover your hair. why not wear a bun pulled back or twists just curious. either way if there is no dress code i dont see the problem. she's the one who is unprofessional for addressing an employee like that. happy holidays

I had to comment on this I love your videos and you look lovely with or without scarf. What you`re going through is not acceptable, I met this type of woman too, esp. at Univ., I`m telling you it`s jealousy! You have something she doesn`t have. A strong personality and at the end of the day she will get what she deserves. For now: be strong, you know who you are. I`m Caucasian/Nativ. mixed, so I`m not part of the natural hair community, but let me tell you, you`re awesome!

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles at work. Have you tried your local civil liberties union or consult with a lawyer? I really think you should catch her (ie on tape) and threaten your company with a lawsuit. Are there any other people at your job affected by this situation with your supervisor/company? You may have a case that could result in a monetary settlement. Just my opinion.

Hey suga. I can see how much it's hurting you and that's just unacceptable. Document as much as you can (including any stress-related doc appts, etc.) and consider contacting the EEOC or a lawyer (a consultation should be free) to see what your legal options are. No one should be subjected to that kind of hostility...anywhere and especially at work. Hang in there, we're praying for you!
