I jsut ordered a Korg G3 effects unit on ebay. Do mind telling a little about what you think of it? Ive heard mixed reviews so far. thanks

Are these as easy to modify as the killer ant? I know if I had a single ended EL84 amp, I would not buy the JJs like I do for my classic 30, I'd go all the way. Genalex gold lion EL84, and a wide array of new and NOS 12AX7s, 12AT7s, 12AV7s, 12AY7s, etc.........and when "the tape is rolling" I'd use amperex BB's in the pre and power section. But I would also want to modify the circuit a bit. The base tone is there, I can hear it, but I'd NEED to tinker! I ain't satisfied 'til I been electrocuted!

this is no practice amp, unbelieveably loud with a 1x12 matching cabinet. extremely powerful. wonderful wonderful tone
