This form was created by master Huang as an easy introduction to Chen Tai Chi. These are forms are repeated again and again as they are essential and appear frequently in all of Chen Tai Chi's other sets. Single whip has very good for cardiovascular health and wave hands like clouds has many variations and powerful martial applications besides relaxing the body.

  • really nice... i wonder if it's possible to make some of the moves of the beijing 24 faster instead of all slow moves :)
