@dkrr24 Be reasonable, I'd rather have a billion dollars spent testing an extremely high yield explosive then just building it and sending it out there to do its job. It could fail, the people would have no training, they wouldn't know what to do if it went wrong. Testing these things and 'wasting' the money on them is saving the possibility of a complete fuck up that would cost a hundred times as much, and soldiers' lives.

i believe the military does good things but nobody should waste these kind of bombs just to see an explosion. its a waste of money and does no good. practice only.
