A http://www.hi10spro.blogspot.com presents a very simple return of serve drill anyone can do with a wall. You must stand about a service court length away, 13 feet, hit a half speed serve to your forehand and after the ball leaves your hand, go to your ready position, and short backswing block and follow through on the forehand.

  • you are too short for tennis?

  • @vincnet11 homes i'm a giant

  • actually it isn´t so clever to play it like this, because u don´t get this natural swing u need for a good return in a match!!

  • you get good reaction time practice though

  • air will blew you off! he is misguiding! :@

  • Your back swing on the backhand looks really silly

  • oh no

  • hmmm not sure about usefulness of this one - you are supposed to split-step forward right as the opponent is about to strike the ball.

  • but it´s a good exercise for newcomer

  • of course u get good reaction time but how i mentioned u can only get this feelings, how to hit the ball in the right moment, in a match, so u have play lot of matches since u can say, now i have the right moves to hit the ball very well
