actually this is very simple, its up to the content creator to flag this video for copyright infringement if this guy took his video, as you can see there's ads on this video meaning this guy enabled revenue for something that isnt is, which is illegal and can bring down his own channel. so for the people saying this isn't his video contact the original creator, for those who say he gives credit with the credits, you guys are morons.

@ninjajesus81 I'm thinking most people know the difference, but I don't see why people upload videos that aren't theres. I mean, this is different than uploading music to youtube. This is stealing views from something on the same medium (the internet)
