This is the nice elevator at the newly renovated Hotel Indigo Central West End in St. Louis. The building was constructed in 1956, and the original elevator (Otis) is still in operation and serves the parking garage. However, a new elevator was needed to serve the basement. That's where this Kone comes in...
KONE makes a smooth elevator, but with the consequence of being very dangerous elevators. I also think KONE has some of the worst door [operators] in the industry. TKE, Schindler and OTIS are all mediocre for me, it's just I have always found KONE, MontgomeryKONE and Montgomery door operators to be utter crap.

@Triumphguy1 I think it says Going Down...but it sounds like it says Go Inside.

why would they make their elevators to say "go inside" instead of "going down"
what is up with the voice saying that you think "huh why would a elevator tell me to go inside when im alerady inside"?

KONE has actually introduced a new Finnish voice, however, the voice in the elevator in this video is still offered.

Definitely a nice elevator, although the carpet needs a good cleaning. :)

@sjvirchow this elevator voice sounds tired. filtered lights, steel walls and blue carpet are a nice combination.
