Actually, he has it turned on. If it were off, then his shots on the hitbox would render the kill, not the shots on the player model. Compensation is what renders the shots to the model as shots to the hitbox.

it's not always showhitboxes 1. hitboxes only show up on one player at a time so just keep incrementing the number until it shows up on the model you want it to show up on.
