FYI, half of Boston's titles are non-Celtics titles, much less than half of NY's titles are Yankees titles (and that is counting NJ and Long Island).

@ace It's surreal that you try to complain about NY claiming the amount of championships they hold due the success of one team. Evidently that did not factor in when you tabulated your BOS count a few years ago and tried to do your titles by teams based on the success of one team, which was largley a near half century ago. My intent is not to deride the accomplishments of either the Celts, Yankees, Sox, Giants, etc. it is merely to refute the steaming pile you're trying to pass as argument.
