Well I have to thank him because it has motivated me and inpspired me and brought me to to a high position in this honorable company and now I am making big time money and I get to be in control! It feels so good to say "I'm sorry but we decided to move on to other qualified canidates" even though I know that he is a perfect candidate and is exactly what the company needs or could use. It's my own bitchiness and it feels good!

@BarbarianLion So since I cannot hurt him directly I turned my pain and anger toward finishing my degree and I did. Then I transfered it to my career and it was fueled by friends telling me to give black men another chance and getting hurt AGAIN! So I moved up in the company and now I'm in the position of POWER and I use it as an outlet and I take it out on the applicants. And the sweetest thing is nobody knows my dirty little secret1 No one!

@BarbarianLion I never thought about that. It just feels good to know that I am in power and in secret I have the ability to make or break someone at my own discretion. It's just theraputic for me see another black man struggle because it almost reminds me of the pain that I was in when I was hurt by a man that I once loved with all of my heart and I thought that he felt the same and used me and cheated on meand ignored my phone calls and made me feel worthless. So I do it too.
