Seattle, WA: Adam brings a little sun to the Rainy City and whets his appetite with seriously fresh seafood and some award-winning burgers. He meets his challenge at Beth's Cafe: the Southwestern Exposure omelet packed with chili, salsa, sour cream and cheddar cheese weighing in at 5 pounds.

@willobeen If you go to Beth's and see a crayon drawing of an apple tree, a pot of gold with a rainbow ending on top of it, a couple of flowers, a smiling sun, a peace symbol, and a blue sky, at the top of which it says "BETH'S is FAR-OUT ! "(in blue and red) let me know (w/a T-UP or comment) if it's still there on the wall by the kitchen & counter, in the last booth b4 the storeroom. I did the drawing... my son ate the 12-egg omelet. Food was great... and the place certainly has character!

They did the t shirt for Adam but you are right. My girlfriend took me there on Sunday as a surprise and it said right on the menu that there was no prize for finishing the omelette. It was super awesome though. The chili was amazing. I could not finish it though. I had like an eighth of the omelette left and thought I was going to die.

We went to red mill burgers and the crab pot!!! It was BEYOND worth it's price!!! Well, red mill was pretty reasonable, and onion rings were FANTASTIC!!!! The milkshakes were FANTASTIC!!!! The hamburgers were FANTASTIC!!!! I had the best french fries, onion rings, chocolate milkshake, and hamburger I've ever had in my whole life in one meal!!! That's very impressive for a restaurant's qualities. Were passing Beth's Cafe for the Seattle Aquarium.
