@theonekeyblade maybe i'm asking the right person and i feel proud to ask, but what was it like back then?, my dad died last year and recently his pictures as a rocker came to light and there wasn't much on him or his former friends and also that mechanical bikes were the bee's knees compared to the electric bikes of today(which is a nightmare) due to repairs. so basically the question is, what did you guys get up to on a daily basis? what did you talk about and the kind of people you meet ;)

@TheMightOfTheEnglish I Absolutly agree with what you say...mods/scooterboys and bikers joined together in the 80s to do things Like toy runs Easter egg runs etc...theres no animosity these days.. I have mates in thier 40s that still ride bikes/scooters.. times change and peoples attitudes change with them... one such examples of this was whitsun bank holiday in margate..thousands of scooters and bikes met up for a custom show
