Looks like chemtrail haarp combo to me clicking could have somthing to do with haarp frequency maybe.

barium sulfide might reflect electromagnetic waves and maybe when you hold the camera at 90% you could be getting a direct feed of em wave as it bounces from earth and the cloud causing a clicking noise kinda like when you have a mobile phone near a tv or radio
